Context of the facility

Jamal Lutfi Fansa Contracting Company (and was an establishment at that date) was established in 2001 AD under License No. (1/528) dated 2/15/1422 AH, issued by the General Investment Authority for its owner and founder, the late Engineer Jamal Al-Din Lutfi Fansa, who has more than thirty-five years of experience in the field of contracting. It is a member of the Abha Chamber of Commerce with No. (14933) and a commercial registration with No. (5850021224) in Abha as well. The company’s project turnover for the year 2023 is approximately 75 million Saudi riyals, and asphalt sales for the first half of 2024 are approximately 15 million Saudi riyals.

The company has a professional group of high-performance heavy and light equipment to carry out contracting work. The work and implementation is carried out by a cadre of administrators, technicians and qualified workers with extensive experience and high efficiency in contracting work in general and road, sewage, water and communications works in particular. The projects implemented by the company over the past twenty-four years so far are clear evidence of the mutual trust between it and its clients in the public and private sectors, which, if anything, indicates the good reputation, good performance and quality of implementation that the company enjoys among its counterparts in this field. Accordingly, many ministries and public companies in the Kingdom, such as the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, telephone and communications companies, secretariats and municipalities, have classified and approved it to implement its vital and sensitive projects with precise specifications in many regions of the Kingdom. The company’s head office is located in Abha city, and the company has an industrial (mining) branch licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in Namas Governorate, which has crushers and an asphalt mixer with a production capacity of up to two hundred and fifty thousand tons annually to support the company’s governmental and private projects, and it is working to increase its activities in the southern region to cover the work and requirements of this region.
